I'm a 23 year old, second year law student, who is attempting to stay sane throughout it all. I’m frequently overwhelmed, often delighted and always caffeinated

I'd take summer classes if at all possible. It's a pain but it could mean a boost in your GPA and much less stressful Fall semester. I'm taking Evidence and Adv. Legal Research so that I can boost my GPA (I need to DESPERATELY) and also so that I don't have to take such a tough load in the Fall. Ultimately it's a personal decision because summer classes are expensive. I don't have any job lined up either, and if I didn't take summer classes my summer would be wasted.

Thank you the advice.  I really appreciated it.

I need that GPA boost DESPERATELY too so what you said made total sense. The idea of Evidence scares the crap out of me. So kudos to you!  I have the worst Civil Procedure known to man and he’s the only person who teaches Evidence. I’m avoiding that for as long as I possibly can.

I’m going to do Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation this summer. It would let me get into the Mediation clinic one semester added of the game and give me an advantage.

Its something I’m interested in so If I have to take summer classes , it should be something I’m to like.

Anyway,  thanks again for the advice. It really helped!
